Threadworm. Do we still wear knickers?

I had thread worms 2 weeks ago that I caught from my daughter we’ve both had two doses of ovex
Have we still got to keep sleeping with pants on now and washing towels after every use? I haven’t noticed any worms in either of our poos in about three days

I would always wear pants, yes. Good hygiene. Maybe when you know you are several weeks clear. Do you both really not sleep with pants on? 😳

Agree re pants. Why wouldn't you wear them? 3 days isn't very long. Minimum 5, better 7 days re washing your towels.

@Shitstix @mindutopia I don’t want to wear them as I had a baby 6 weeks ago and needed an episiotomy and have been really sore down there my HV told me to let it breath as much as possible so don’t think the pants night are helping but if I have to I will. Don’t want to risk getting them again!
