Milton bottle wash or fairy liquid

Just wondered if milton bottle wash (not sterilising tablets) is actually any better than fairy? We are on comfort milk so its leaving a residue even after soaking in hot soapy water

I never had a problem with just using Fairy with all three of my kids bottles, but they mostly had breast milk in theirs.
I did use the Milton bottle wash on occasion, but I didn't see that big a difference to justify the cost.

We used a bottle steamer/cleaner thingy, would that work for you?
