At school pickup, my 4 year old ran into the road and almost got hit by a car. I told him off and explained the dangers of running off. I then went on Amazon and bought one of those wrist leads. I also have a 1 year old that refuses to get into a pushchair and so I was thinking of starting to use those wrist leads the second he walks out of reception from now on until he learns to walk next to me. Is this too harsh? I'm worried that the teachers will be judging me and his class mates will start making fun of him. He's already really shy
