I'm exhausted

Not the first time I've posted. Sometimes it just gets too much

They are 7 and 5. Both have ASD
They argue, constantly. It's always fraught. They don't stop talking. The 7 year old cries at least daily. The 5 year old has started lying
I'm just wrung out. I'm really ill atm, they don't even notice, just carry on shouting at each other or me. Even when I say I feel rubbish and could they just do x y or z it falls on deaf ears.

I'm just so tired of it all.

Are they at school today? If they are, I hope you are taking a few hours with your feet up. Comfort food, take the phone off the hook, and stay away from the news, it's all depressing anyway. Have a snooze.

I'm a single mum of an admittedly NT ds17. I've been on my own since he was a toddler and have worked full time all the way through. I'm shattered too but at least for me, the end is in sight.

Do you have a husband who can take over tomorrow and give you a day free. Go out, be just you for the day. xx

To be honest school gives me a few hours but I end up dreading them coming home.
