Potty training help!

So ... my just turned 3 year old is fully trained for poos on the toilet (wont use a potty, never has). He tells us when he needs to go and we have no problems at all there. However, wees he is just not getting at all. Doesn't tell us when he needs it and refuses flat out to sit on the toilet for a wee (only when he needs a poo). Cant even tempt him with chocolate!
How do we move on from this? He has been ripping the pull ups off all day and doesnt want to wear them, but equally wont wear big boy pants either and refusing the toilet. Where do I go from here? Anyone have any ideas what to do? Thanks

keep him naked on the bottom half for 3 days so he learns the sensation of needing a wee means a wee is going to come. When he gets that put him in joggers but no undies and when he gets that get him undies.

Let him stand up for a wee?

Put some Cheerios down the toilet so he's got something to aim at.

Yes thought about both of these but I cant even get him near the bathroom to try for a wee, he will only go to the toilet if he needs a poo! Hes confused and thinks the toilet is just for poos i think and nappies are for wees

Has he seen you and your partner (if you have one) wee on the toilet?
