Canines worst teeth to cut ???

DS2 is cutting his canines, extremely slowly!!! the top two are just poking through, the bottom 2 are bulging. The last few weeks he has been extremely hard work, everything is 'no', biting, hitting, clingy and waking up very early crying on a morning! I really feel for him are were alternating between anbesol, bonjela, calpol and neurofen. He breezed through the rest of his teeth but these seem to have really affected him!! Has anyone else found the canines absolute bas*ds for your little one?

The back molars were the worst for my DS. They took forever and he's a crap eater anyway but he lost a good bit of weight because he just refused to eat. Nurofen is definitely best for teething and freeze a flannel for him to chew on, they love the cold on the gums. Hope they feel better soon 😊

No never really noticed the canines. The molars on the other hand…. Youngest DS’s birthday is always Feb half term and his ruined 2 ski holidays in a row 🤣

Molars are the worst.

Agree with PPs I think molars are the worst. Canines are sharp so cut through quicker for my DDs. Molars push through gradually and caused more issues for us.

Oh guys not the answers I wanted to see! He's got his first molars already. Still 2nd to come but hoping we have a break before they come in! 2nd molars ruined one christmas for our first boy! So far the canines have caused misery for around 3 weeks! I deffo know it's teeth from the chin rash, nappies and the temper! Poor thing 😔

I actually found with both of my DC that the canines were the worst teeth. Far worse than the molars so there is hope for your LO

My little one is currently teething with his canines and its so bloody awful. he got his molars quite quickly and i thought they were bad but now that the canines are coming it is topping it above and beyond!! hes off his food and milk. he refuses his bed time bottle and is living off weetabix and fruit lol. hes got v runny nose dribbling like crazy and got the runs. been about a week so far and nothing has cut through yet so really hoping its not going to take much longer
