We have travelled 3.5hrs yesterday and 2 hours in 16 month old daughter vomited in her car seat, got her cleaned up and stopped for an hour, same thing happened an hour back into our journey.

She was sick about 1.5 hours after we reached our destination and then another after that. That was at 4pm yesterday.

She was hungry so she had some dinner and has been fine since, until she just threw up again now at 5.30am.

Would it be a sickness bug? It feels really spread out. No temp or anything, shes her usual happy self.

Yeah sounds like it. They have to not have been sick for 48 hours for it to count as being over a sickness bug.

It sounds like a sickness bug. I don't know what else it could be really.
