Bit embarrassed here. I’ve had two emcs - no incontience problems with dc1. During dc2
Pregnancy I noticed a bit of wee in third trimester - I assumed because of the weight of the baby and it would improve once no longer pregnant. Anyway it seems I still have slight wee coming out every day still and I’m one month post partum. Is this just it now and I will have to keep wearing pads everyday? I am doing pelvic floor exercises

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I'd have a chat with HV or nurse. There are lots of things that you can try. But pelvic floor exercises are best and simple to do anywhere.

You need to see a women's health physio. If you can afford it go private. I had a 3rd degree tear and mild prolapse with my 2nd and I can jump on a trampoline with no leaks. It's expensive but its 100% worth it. Other thing is you could ask the GP for a NHS referral but imo they just go through a bunch of tick boxes and they never helped me.
