Please can someone recommend earplugs for a 3 year old? She’s prone to infections and doc said to wear plugs when swimming but I’m so lost as to which ones are appropriate for her age and how to use them…

would so appreciate recommendations!

Get some Earol drops, ear plugs are in my experience uncomfortable and a bit pointless.

We were reccomend putty buddies paired with ear bandits for our child who had grommets to stop water getting in whikst swimming. They work well, but may be over the top for your needs. Have a look.

I used Bio ears for my kids during swimming lessons when they were younger and they worked well

Do these stop water getting in the ear?

It creates are a barrier. Every time we went on holiday my kids would get an infection, they spend most of the time in the water. Neither has had an infection since using them.
