What time does your 10 year old go to bed

shes up at 7.30 so what time does your 10 year old go at. I try to get her in bed by 9 but it’s constant battle. Tia

Usually in bed 8.30 to 9pm on a school night, or at least upstairs. He wont be asleep til 10pm though or later. Will read, play, listen to an audiobook.

About 9.30 he's a night owl, his older brother usually falls asleep before him! I've given up battling to get him to sleep earlier.

8ish during the week but I’m beginning to think it’s a bit early

asleep by 9 unless it’s a football training night and then it’s 9.30. Weekends the same as she usually has to be up earlier for football than for school!

8.30 but he’s up at 6 and out by 7.45

Between 9 and 10. Shes awake by 7 most mornings, she just doesn't seem to need much sleep.

In bed by 9. We get up at 7.45 for school. She hates getting up but if she goes to bed earlier, she doesn’t fall asleep till 9. On the weekend she will lie in until about 10am if she has no sport

When mine was 10, she went up to bed at 8, lights out by 8.30.

In bed 7.30/8 and reads as long as she wants. She usually puts her light out around 8.30

Mines only 7 but he gets sent upstairs to brush teeth and get PJs on at 8:30 by the time he's done that and finished faffing, he's in bed around 9pm. Up at 7am.

We let him stay up until 11pm on nights with no school the next day.

8pm and up at 6am. A couple of nights a week it's 9:30pm due to clubs.

8:45 school night but she reads for approx 20-30 mins usually. About 9:30/10 at the weekend.
