Feeling so disconnected from my 2yo

Does anyone else feel a disconnection from their toddler? My DD is 2 and a half and she just doesn't seem connected to me as her Mum. She seems fine with other people (grandparents etc) it's just me that she doesn't listen to and doesn't go to if she's upset about something. I just don't know what I'm doing wrong. I didn't feel that instant connection when she was born so I'm worried that it's because of that. Is anyone else feeling the same, please tell me I'm not the only one. Her behaviour at the moment is awful, everything is a problem. Getting in the car seat, getting dressed, eating her meals, going to bed, the list goes on. I don't know what to do. Thank you all

The 'saving up her worst behaviour for Mummy' thing is very standard.

The 'not coming to you when she's upset' thing is more unusual. What does she do when she's upset? Does she go to someone else or is she a child that likes to process by herself?

Thanks for the reply! She'll come to me if she's upset from hurting herself etc but if I tell her off for doing something naughty she will just run away from me and try to hide. She does the same if Dad tells her off too. She'll also get upset these days when we try & get her dressed, that always ends in tears and her running away from us 🤷🏼‍♀️ she maybe just does like to process things by herself
