3 month old snorting

My DD has always made snorting sounds like a pig since she was born, and has always sounded very congested.

I’ve noticed sometimes it disrupts her sleep. She is generally a very good sleeper but last night was up a lot and I think it is due to her nose / congestion bothering her.

I also noticed on a flight we recently took she was very upset on landing both times.

Has anyone else experienced the same? tips / advice? Should I use a snot sucker?

Just to add she has an older sibling in nursery and has been hit by a couple of bugs already. This probably doesn’t help the congestion but hard to tell if it is due to this or just her

If it's affecting her sleep then take her to the GP. I'm suspecting enlarged adenoids which can block breathing when in certain positions. In the meantime raise her cot (pillow end) slightly with a couple of books to aid airflow.
