ADHD daily struggle

Hi all just reaching out for some advice as I feel like I'm at the end of my rope now. My daughter is almost 5 and she is on the waiting list for an autism assessment. Most recently she was seen by a clinician who told me that she suspects that she also has ADHD. This came as no suprise because from the age of 2 I myself had always suspected this. I discussed this with the HV and numerous doctors over and over again but I was constantly fobbed off being told that she was just an active and busy child and I had nothing to worry about.

My biggest concerns with her right now is insomnia at night and the constant wetting during the day. She wakes every night for hours on end talking to her dolls and it is so difficult to get her back to sleep. She has always been an early riser so she will wake again at 7 and by 9.30 she is completely exhausted again. She wets herself every day aswel sometimes having 3 or ,4 accidents at nursery. I have done everything they told me to do, rewards charts, encouraging her to have regular toilet breaks, less fluids and nothing is working.

It's come to the stage now where it is really starting to destroy us as a family. I'm exhausted all the time and I'm so so worried about how this will effect her. She is starting school next year and I'm at a loss as to how we will manage then.

Is anyone else having similar issues?
