Chicken Pox or Not?

I'm hoping someone can help.

My daughter came down with a temp and was sick early Friday morning. I noticed some spots on her torso and top of arms and neck. The 2 on her arm (in picture) were first and are the biggest.

She was ill on and off on Friday (tired with a temp) but absolutely fine today. No more spots and no itching/blistering.

Is this mild chicken pox possibly? No cases at school as far as I know but there could be.

She's almost 5.

Maybe but my experience is they're more like blisters. See my DD's dose attached.

@AtomHeartMotherOfGod thank you for the pic. I don't think it was the pox as the spots started to disappear and all symptoms too! Think it was a viral infection.
