12w sleeping all day

Hi, my son is 12 weeks today and since the day before yesterday he is sleeping much more and feeding less. More in detail on 11th he slept during the day but was more awake during the night (11 to 12). Yesterday he slept again during the day and fed only 3 times (which is unusual for him) and last night he slept all night though. Today he fed at 6 and 9. Should I be worried or is it a growth spurt? In the awake windows which are short he is well, he is smiling and playful. Anyone with similar pattern at the 12 weeks mark?

Sounds ok, so long as he's feeding and making plenty of wet nappies. Mine would do 2 days grumpy, 1 day sleepy then need the next size of baby grow!

Hmm tricky. He is probably fine but a small baby sleeping more and feeding less should probably be seen by a Dr.
Is he having wet nappies?
