My little one pooped in her nappy and the nursery didnt catch it for i dont know how long, it was dried on her bum! But now she has bad nappy rash. I used to use yellow metainium. But now its not available im wanting opinions on best product to use. I dont want to spend on an expensive cream that dosent work as i dont have the income at the moment. Im doing the oat baths nappy free time etc and using normal metainium but its still sore to touch. Any recommendations welcome please
Thanks

Sudocrem have a product called sudosalve (in a white and gold tube) which is great for nappy rash. I’ve bought it from boots but I’ve also seen it in tesco and Asda. We’ve used it for other minor injuries too - cuts and scrapes and it has healed them up in no time! I loved the yellow metanium but would say this is a close second.

Sudocream 100%

I always use at bedtime and when we go out and I know it might be a while before she’s changed.
