Breastfed baby weight gain

Hi my newborn is 2 weeks today and exclusively breastfed. She was born at 9lb 7oz so a big baby. She lost some weight to be expected but less than 10% and then put some weight on day 5. On day 10 she had only put on 20g from day 5 and now day 14 she has lost weight and weights 8lb 10oz. She still hasn’t lost greater than 10%. She is feeding well, bright and alert and lots of wet / dirty nappies. I really thought her weight would be up today not down. Should I be concerned? She has been doing some spit ups but not after every meal and I thinks that’s to be expected at 2 weeks. Waiting for midwives to phone me back, I don’t really want to top her up with expressed milk or formula as I think she is content and feeding well and more volume would quite the spit ups worse. Anyone any advice? Midwive said heavier babies can take time off to gain weight, my other kids were also big and took time to get back to birthweight but they never had a second dip in weight.

i wouldn’t worry personally. My first baby lost 12% by first midwife visit. By 14 days old he was above birth weight again and then flourished. Sometimes it’s just a dip at the beginning. If medics aren’t worried then I wouldn’t worry x
