Newborn 4 weeks old and dd 2 year 11 month. Finding it so hard :( how on earth do I juggle babies constant needs (feeding, crying, won’t nap unless held) and when did others find it clicked? Or it doesn’t? Bit overwhelmed here

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I have two years and a week between mine. My baby lived in a sling (I loved my ergobaby embrace). She fed in it, napped in it. I got her out to change her. Then I did all my usual activities with my toddler and went out twice a day at least as being at home is much harder than being on the move. Only things I couldn't do like normal were swimming and fitting through the rollers at soft play (could still do all the other scrambling bits and slides). Hang in there!

I kept my toddler in nursery for three days a week. The other two days I … survived! Honestly, I did find it really hard and if I’m honest I still do find meeting both their needs together overwhelming (they are lovely alone.)
