Bassinets to pram (icandy)

Has anyone changed from bassinet to pram before 6 months?
my 4 mo hates the bassinet when out, and I end up having to carry him.
he loves being in the car seat attachment as he can see what’s going on, but this shouldn’t be used for long period of time.
I’m unsure on whether to switch to the pram, in a more reclined position.
he has good head control but not sitting unaided.

TIA

Not good for their spines. Wait until 5-5.5 months at least.

We used a lie flat pushchair suitable from birth for both dcs, never bothered with a bassinet although we mostly used a carrier in the early months. If the pram says it is suitable from birth it shouldn't be a problem. DCs are 3 and 6 now and no issues at all with their spines!
