Blood in stool

Our baby has CMPA which was diagnosed by blood in her stool at 4 months. She's now 6.5 months and has been on Alfamino for approx 4 weeks with no issues (after trialling 4 different formulas). This evening she had a very runny poo, which has a spot of bright red blood in it. The Dr doesn't think a small amount is anything to worry about but I can’t stop thinking about it and worrying there's another cause we are missing.

Has anyone else experienced spots of blood once babies CMPA has been rectified, so not likely to be that? And if so do you know what caused it/how long did it last for etc?

Thank you x

If she has a severe allergy it could be cross contamination. I'd see how she is tomorrow I think.
