Baby vomiting for no reason

Hi,

My 4 month old son has been throwing up/spitting up after formula feeding. Hes never really had an issue with his milk so not sure what this could be. He is teething at the moment but has been doing ok with this. No fever just fussy and crying and he throws up
Ibwouls be grateful if you could ahare your opinion, it has just started, but if it continues, i will call A&E

Responding as no one else has. Mums know best - does baby seem unwell and not themselves? Try calling 111. They can advise. If ever you feel something is really genuinely off with your child I’d say go see a doctor / a&e
