16 Month old development - quirks?

My LO was born prematurely, so is 14 months adjusted age, 16 months actual. She keeps banging the back of her head on things, it used to be our electric fire and the radiator and she stopped, but it’s now back and it’s the tv unit, the wall, our window / the blinds. She doesn’t do it forcefully to the point it’s marking her, but she does it enough for me to notice. She’s also learnt how to spin around and walk backwards. I think it’s the combination of these 3 things that are making me worry a bit if this is ‘normal’? Or if other mums with LO’s or similar ages do this too? I’m an anxious person anyway and find it hard not to fixate on some odd behaviours and panic. Any advise appreciated from a worried mama!

Sounds sensory seeking. May or may not be part of something like autism, or a stand alone thing, or just a toddler quirk that she'll grow out of.
Autism isn't very likely unless it runs in the family to some extent.
