She has the attitude of a teenager, the tantrums of a very good 2 yo and the language of her little sis, ie she no longer says I don't want to have a bath, just no ba.
She ignores everything we say and has tantrums if you try to tell her what to do, she insists that she is in charge and can do as she pleases, she winds her sis up and hits her and taunts her until she is screaming, she kicks me and then laughs. She is driving me barmy. She wee's herself so that she can get changed or because she can't be bothered to go to the toilet. Sorry just a rant.

Sorry - it's a long one but hope it might be of some help...!
We went through a really rough patch with our DD who is 3.9 just after Christmas so was v. young to have the teenage attitude. Got a huge pile of toddler taming book out of library and tried the advice of 1 for tantrums. Shut them in their room - staying with them, stay as calm as you can while they blow themselves out then have a chat with them about their behaviour. It sounds really wet but worked suprisingly well and within about 10 days she was a different child. We also made a Miss Naughty & Miss Sunshine chart where she got marks for good and bad behaviour. If she had more good by the end of the week she got a small treat, if more bad early bedtimes for the following week - we never had to do the early bedtimes!
Needless to say she still tries it on, and I do have it a bit easier as she's my only one but all in all we've never got back to that stage.
It sounds like she might need some one-to-one time too which I know is so much easier said than done, but really worthwhile making the effort if it makes your lives easier ont he long run. Even tho' I've just got the one, as I work PT, I try to make sure we have one day a week at home just pottering and I really see a difference in her attitude if we don't get that for a couple of weeks.
