I have a 3(nearly 4yo) nd 1 (nearly 2) year old.
Halloween day is a Friday so were off as im part time and this is one of my days. My plan was some halloween home activities. A nice walk. Then treat or treating and a 'party' when we come home (some party treats the house decorated and a halloween kids film before bed!)
I have weird guilt i havent booked a major halloween event in my city. I did price one up at a certain kids place and it was going to cost 60 quid!!!! For me and 2 toddlers i was a bit shocked ?
I did find a toddler Sensory halloween party the weekend before so I may book this
But am I stupid to feel guilt that I havent booked some big halloween event? There is one that says 'kids rave' but my eldest suffers with Sensory issues so I dont want to take him as it doesnt sound his cup of tea
Are we just in a society now where as parents we feel pressure to go OTT? Im already looking at Christmas stuff and worrying its not good enough what ill book
