My son was 2 in August and had these 3 milk spots/milia bumps - he did fall on his face in June and cut his nose so thought it could be built up skin or product. Anyone else had this? I’ve tried leaving, cleaning (squeezing I know you shouldn’t!) steaming in the shower and gentle soaps… they just don’t seem to be going!
