4 month feeding schedule- is this right?

She wakes up at 7:30am so we feed at 8am, 12pm, 3pm and 6pm. That is our day schedule.
We offer 150ml but she only drinks between 90-120ml each time, very rarely will she drink the entire bottle.
we have tried to keep her up later than 6pm but it’s impossible even with a later nap! We used to offer a dream feed at 10pm but now she wakes up screaming at 9pm so we feed her then.
In the night she normally wakes up at 12:30am then again at 3am, we always wait before feeding her so we try to settle her with a dummy or comfort her but she will only settle once she’s only had anywhere between 50-90ml. This seems such a waste of formula.
What am I doing wrong? I see some babies sleep through the night at this age

I think you have unrealistic expectations. Very few babies are sleeping through at this age and many won’t sleep through for years.

Just feed your baby when she is hungry.

If the HV thinks her weight gain is fine then all is good, I reckon.
