When does it get easier? 4mo baby

My baby is 4mo and is lovely. Really thrilled with them, love them to bits. But at nights, it’s hard from 8pm-11pm. Dh and I get no evening to ourselves once the older DC are in bed (I can barely remember their baby years!) and baby cries from 8-11pm. When does it get easier and bedtime earlier? Thanks.

It's a tough age but 8pm might well be too late at this age and they're getting over tired? I'd try an earlier bedtime x

I think we got our evenings back a bit when they went in their own room about 6 months.

Before that she’d be asleep on me watching tv, then she’d come to bed with us and I’d feed her about 11pm.

But you’re evenings do come back eventually! (And then you have another 🙃🙃🙃🙃)

I agree with the earlier bedtime comment, I assume your baby has a pacifier, but if not, try that too.
