Playmate suggestions for cold floor

I’m looking for some suggestions for a thick playmat to use on a wooden floor. The room tends to get quite cold, and I want to make sure the chill doesn’t come through to the baby while playing.

Ideally something soft, well-padded, and easy to clean. Would love to hear what’s worked for you — any recommendations?
😊

You can't beat the totter+tumble mats! Best money I've ever spent x

We recently bought a Mellow Mat and it’s genuinely the most comfortable part of the house. Super thick and soft and warm!

The original colours put me off getting one for years because they’re quite garish but they recently came out with more neutral prints and ours looks more like a “normal” rug.

You do have to iron or steam it when it arrives as it’s quite compressed but definitely recommend!

Second the mellow mat. My one year old is constantly trying to nap on it 😂 it's like walking on clouds. It also handles spills really well.

Totter and tumble expensive but worth their weight in gold. We have several,.different sizes and patterns. Soft but supportive, wipe clean, gorgeous patterns. Definitely make it nicer to sit on our wooden floors! And yes they insulated from the cold a fair bit.

Absolutely a worthwhile investment.

Totter and Tumble is my most recommended purchase! Matches my decor, will be around for years, not just about a baby but my little one is 3 and half and its the best play space because its warm and soft! I bought 3 rugs before purchasing because of the cost which was crazy in hindsight!
