DS2 born at 42 weeks, normal birth but induced All fine and dandy started to teeth at 4 months old and at 10months old have central upper and lower incisors lateral lower incisors so had 6 for a while. No sign of upper lateral incisors he has been nuraing more often and fighting and screaming when we brush his teeth the past 7 days. Saw nothing but tonight I saw his lower left Canine erupting! How is that possible he doesn't have the the upoer lateral incisors and no Molars. DS1 followed the order exactly but was slower and only had 2 teeth at 12months but all came out eventually in the exact order.
Should I query this with a dentist DS2 not yet registered. Or competely normal variation?

I wouldn’t worry about it at this stage. Give it another 12 months or so and wait for more teeth to come through. They don’t always come through in the exact expected order. My DD’s didn’t but they all came through. It’s not like they’re going to do a dental X-ray on a baby for an out of expected order of teeth eruption.

Teething sucked. Good luck getting through it.
