So first off hi and thank you for reading this I am 18 years old almost 19 and my sister refuses to look after her daughter so just leaves her with me she is six she is very very kind-hearted unlike her mother but she has issues using the toilet I am happy to look after her she even calls me mom I've been researching about adoption but I can since I'm only 18 so I'm not too sure what are my options and if you have any idea on who I can contact about how to get a diagnosis of any bladder issues let me know

If she really refuses to look after her and leaves her with you, you need to talk to Children's Services about your concerns and be very honest, including about her toileting issues. It isn't right that she's calling you Mom and will be a very confused child if this continues.

You need to talk to Social Services. There is a lot going on here, mainly around her mother abandoning her with you. You want the best for her and this situation isn't.

Can I ask, where are your parents in all this?
