I've noticed a few threads on this over the past few days! No rinsing for anyone!! Also, brush before breakfast if you are going to have a smoothie/ fruit.

Who knew??

Ewww I couldn't not rinse. You'd go out looking like you had rabies or something.

I had heard that this was true for all of us... and if you must rinse with something, it should be mouthwash. So that you're not washing away all the helpful stuff like fluoride etc. Wish I could remember where I heard this, sorry.

After brushing, children should spit but NOT rinse

Great thanks for clearing that up. I always used to brush my teeth as soon as I woke up but then recently decided to do it after breakfast but apparently you should wait an hour after eating, so I am back to doing it first thing.

Rubbish. Toothpaste is not something you would want to swallow.. it's got loads of nasty crap in it..
