Not sure why I'm posting it think I just need to vent.

Currently got this horrible headache flu/ cold that is going around and literally feel like death. It all started 2 days ago and just keeps getting worse. I have dp and 2 dc at home and I work full time (wfh). Last night dp was amazing bought me some meds and even tried to cheer me up with a takeaway and said he would set his alarm for 7am so he can get up with the kids so I can just sleep. Sounds amazing.

However, roll on this morning I wake up at 4am needing more meds and couldn't get back to sleep. No issue not his fault, kids wake up at 6.30 brought them down and thought I'd let him lie in till 9ish (he's sahp but oldest in school 5 days a week and youngest in nursery 3 days a week). Roll on 9 tried to wake him up no response, roll on 10.30 asked him to wake up he said yes, next thing I know it's 12pm and iv had to go up to wake him up. Which I find he's lead in bed with a sad face on saying he hates his life.

House is upside down atm so started to clean the living room while youngest is kicking off because I won't give him water for his mermaid so she can breathe (told him later on he can do this but wouldn't accept it wasnt there and then). Dp then goes has his coffee then helps finish the living room (this annoys me because I jusy think pic another room to do it will save me time that way).

Also needed to do a wash load of school shirts which on antibiotics stain takes hourssss but been waiting for him to get up so he can have his shower (doesn't work well if washing machine is on).

Now sat here with kitchen needing doing, 6 million wash loads (he only does his usally) kids bedrooms never mind our room and bathroom. Feel like doing the kitchen then moving into the bath for a few hours to just melt away and cry.

Usually wouldn't be that wound up but feeling like this has tipped me over. Oh not to mention last night when he said he would get up with the kids he said he expects it when he gets his bug.

I am so sorry. He's a dickhead. All talk and no action. 12pm!? Is he for real?

Correct me if I'm wrong, he doesn't work and has no kids at home for 3 days a week?????

Nope he keeps mentioning that he's going to look for work now youngest is in 3 days per week. He does financially help though (think inheritance invested with bits dripping out)
