I need some support with the 4 month sleep regression

As the title says…I am really struggling with my 14 week old baby.
She is absolutely lovely and I love her so much but for the last couple of weeks her sleep has been shocking. I assume this is the dreaded 4 months regression? Along with the fact that I have had to transition to arms out due to the fact she has started to roll. She is waking herself up every few minutes from her startle reflex or knocking her dummy out.
The last two nights she has woken me up every hour from 1am until 7am.
She is exhausted, as am I and it just feels like it’s never going to end. I just want to cry

im not sure what I am looking for as I know this is temporary but it’s so hard. It doesn’t help that my husband is away for a couple of weeks.

Oh, OP. Very tough without your husband there. Is there anyone else you could ask to come and help out?

Hang on in there, it really does get better, but i fully remember those early days and they can be gruelling.

Is she feeding okay? Could well be she's having one of the endless growth spurts, and feeding at night is when babies 'put their orders in" to increase supply.

I always found a few things helped:

Try to get out for a walk a day, even a short one, in the fresh air.
Skin to skin. Baths with the baby.
Let everything else slide. You are doing an enormous amount in caring for a baby, its exhausting sometimes, you need to nap when you can.
