Reflux/cmpa flare after vaccinations

I want to pre-face this by saying:

  1. I am pro-vaccine
  2. I would never not give my baby their vaccinations.
  3. I am well aware that the illnesses they are vaccinated against are a 100 times worse than the side effects of the vaccines.

Has anyone found that their baby has had reflux or cmpa symptoms flare up after their vaccines? My baby had their 16 week ones 10 days ago and we've had a dreadful time since then. Off feeds, screaming in pain, gassy, reflux, won't be put down and very irritable. He was just as bad after the first two sets as well but I just put these down to the rotavirus jabs.

I know the alternative of not being vaccinated is worse but having a permanently unsettled screaming baby is just about pushing me to my limit. I've managed to get their omperazole dose upped and a new prescription for hypoallergenic milk (they were on a hydrolysed one) so hoping this helps.

I know this is a phase and will pass. But did anyone else go through anything similar?

My daughter had a reaction to the menB at 4 months. It wasn't an allergy or anything like that it just made her feel particularly crappy. At the time she had undiagnosed allergies and undertreated reflux and was a miserable baby most of the time. After the vaccines she screamed continuously for 3 days. We saw a paediatrician and he put her on the highest dose of omperazole and gaviscon and I went dairy and soya free. It took just over a week for her to calm down after these changes.
The same happened at the 12 months jabs but less intense. She had the menB and MMR separately and then other two together because of the reaction which is how we know it was the menB that made her feel crappy

Was that the rotavirus one? My baby was very poorly after both doses of the rotavirus, his reflux got 100 times worse for a good 2 weeks. It was hell.
