Hello, anyone experienced this before? My 5 month old has suspected CMPA and soy intolerance. I've definitely not had either in months and now he's having some kind of flare again. Could it be another allergy or just normal? He's exclusively breastfed.

Most likely he has milk protein allergy or intolerance. Human milk has milk protein in so breastfeeding needs to be stopped and replaced with specialist prescription milk that’s not milk like aptimal pepti the one for milk protein allergies

Please don’t stop breastfeeding! My little boy is 13 months old and I have breastfeed since birth (6 months exclusively and now along with his main meals). He has CMPA and soya allergy. They say it takes about 8 weeks (minimum) for any traces of milk protein to leave your milk. I was surprised how many things contain milk / soya. Is it possible you ate something that might have contained milk / soya? If not, maybe there is something else that is bothering your little one but that mucus does look like it’s from milk allergy ( based on various pictures I’ve seen on the groups I’m part of).

This a great group where you can post a photo and ask their opinion.
