Looks like it to me! Teeth don't have a set order to come in, they come when they like, regardless of all the other teeth

It looks like teeth on the way to me. My eldest got his upper lateral incisors first so he looked like he had fangs. My dentist said so long as all the teeth come through the order isn’t that important.
