3/4 months I am struggling

As the title says…I am really struggling with my 14 week old baby.
She is absolutely lovely and I love her so much but for the last week her sleep has been shocking. I assume this is the dreaded 4 months regression? Along with the fact that I have had to transition to arms out due to the fact she has started to roll. She is waking herself up every few minutes from her startle reflex or knocking her dummy out.
She is exhausted, as am I and it just feels like it’s never going to end. I just want to cry

It will end. Just not quite yet, so when you have a bad night don't worry that it's a bad night, for now it's a normal night. So adjust your expectations of what gets done in the day.
Mine woke every twenty mins for a few weeks and it was hell. We bedshared which helped a lot, would that be an option for you? Particularly for a startle reflex, just a quick hand on their tummy and snuggling in is often enough reassurance to go back over again without you having to get up.
