Son 15 and relationship

So my teen stays with his father once a fortnight 15, recently found out has stayed at a girls house and been intimate, while in dad's care. How should I react to this.

I wouldn’t be happy at all about the situation but I think the only thing you can do is talk about being safe and consent (or get his dad to)
