My son is 7. Some nights he is dry and some he is wet. We can have a run of either. Had run out of pyjama pants so he had worn his sister's for a couple of nights. Last night he wore pants and told me he was going to be wet. He was. Cue trip to Asda before school for PJ pants.

Fed up as hate buying them having always used washables but what washable is there for a 7 year old and how on earth did he know he would be wet?

BigBadMouse · 03/06/2008 20:39

notanana www.twinkleontheweb.co.uk/acatalog/Toddler_and_Night_Time_Nappies.html look at the minki yoyo at the bottom here - you might get away with one.

The lady at Pocket bots would probably make one for your 7yo - she is v helpful (as are a lot of the WAHM nappy makers - worth asking maybe?)

EachPeachPearMum · 03/06/2008 21:07

Congratulations! Does he have a name yet? or is it private?

EachPeachPearMum · 03/06/2008 21:18

NAB- my dsis also wet the bed for a long time- still had accidents up to 8 or 9- it just takes longer for some I'm afraid.
I am assuming you have had it checked out medically for anything physical?

BigBadMouse · 03/06/2008 21:19

A while ago I took him to the GP as someone suggested it could be caused by an ifection and all was fine.

How on earth did he know he was going to be wet?

I will have a look at the link but we had a yoyo before and I don't think it suited his shape - or it might have been his sister. Oh, I can't think straight today.
