I have a child who is almost 1 her father hasn’t seen her for more than a month. He either didn’t show up or cancelled last min. I’ve had the police out for excessive messaging and threats. They told me to block him. He has messaged my friends, parents, parents partner about me. He lies constantly. He has another child who he has been sending messages too about me name calling me and bad mouthing. He is now taking me to court but court have told us to mediate which he says all the right things but again found out lies. The mediator said that all my evidence of coercive control, financial control, emotional abuse is irrelevant. He doesn’t pay the CMS even on collect and pay due to being self employed. I’ve asked how do I damage limitate my child’s emotional wellbeing. He doesn’t show up for his eldest. Child he just sends them money and hopes that it will be enough to make up for him not being there.
what can I do?
