Prams for v tall toddlers

Hi there,

I wondered if anyone had any advice for a stroller style pram for very tall toddlers? My eldest just turned 3 and is constantly mistaken for a five or six year old. Although he’s not really in a pram these days I have a 15 month old likely going the same way!

we had the Hauck travel n care previously which is a nice little compact option but once my eldest was about 2 it couldn’t really take the weight and was so difficult to steer. ideally I was hoping for one with better suspension as we love country walks.

I read on previous threads people recommended Baby Jogger and Out and about Nipper but both are sadly a little out of my price range. I was looking at the Ickle Bubba Stomp, does anyone have that? Any ideas welcome!

thank you so much xx

We have a Hauck Uptown which has loads of room for my tall 2 year old, I think it would easily last him another year or two. The seat is nice and wide too- we got it cos he was starting to look a bit squished in his old Joie one

The YoYo is pretty good for tall kids. My eldest used to sometimes have a ride in it on long days out whilst the youngest was walking and she actually fitted fine up to age 6 and I think she’s about 60th percentile too so definitely not tiny. If it’s over budget you do get them on the 2nd hand market then can refresh with a new fabric pack.
