GPS tracker for daughter

Hi all,

First time poster here. My 14yo daughter has a mobile phone and we use Life360 to track her which works great.

But my 10yo daughter doesn't have a mobile phone and I'd like to get some sort of GPS tracker that means I can trace her whereabouts should I need to. I don't mind paying a small monthly subscription fee for the service (I understand some of these devices use a SIM card) but I'm looking for something that has good GPS, not Bluetooth (so that distance from me/my phone won't matter), an SOS button or something so she can bleep me, and even better would be 2-way communication so we can talk to each other.

Does such a thing exist?! And not a phone! (Trying to keep her off those things for a good couple more years)

My nephew has a watch that does some of that. I think it can accept messages (and maybe calls?) only from specific numbers and allows him to message back. Hopefully someone else has more specific information for you.
