2 day old baby - rash/eczema ?

Hey everyone,

first time partners, to a 2 day old baby.

does anyone know if this is eczema? Assuming we are being overly anxious about a small rash. It’s near her right armpit, slightly raised bumps.

baby has no others anywhere else on body and is eating ok. Cluster feeding every 4-5 hours, has fed about 5 times over past 8 -9 hours so all seems ok on that front

other than that she isn’t fussy or anything - just eats and sleeps!

I’m no medical expert but it looks like a really common new born rash, I forget the name. It won’t cause any harm and doesn’t need treatment, will most likely clear on its own in a few days. I remember it popping up on DS in a few random spots x
