DS phone
To explain, bought my ds a phone on contract, father ran it over when collecting ds for contact. Subsequently took out phone deal for ds an states is his property(fathers) so I have no say over when can and can't b used. Ds lives at home with me.

Assuming your DS is not an adult then you have the right to decide what happens in your house. If that means that your DS is not allowed to have a phone while at home then you are entirely within your rights to decide that.
