Why do children fall utterly in love with one toy? It may have been super cheap and hardly noticeable at time of purchase. However, it then goes on to become the most beloved. If I could only have forseen at the time I d have bought fifty. My daughter had a tiny white lamb dressed as a rabbit from H&M as her most beloved teddy, and she lost it causing huge devastation and manys the sleepless night. Note not the bigger ones which can to this day be found on Ebay. No she was in love with the tiny version, which cannot be found for love nor money anywhere. H& M you owe it to the parents of the world to keep a museum of your discontinued toy lines in all the sizes, that you can then charge desperate parents ridiculous prices to purchase said ridiculous toy that they did not predict would become small child's only love. I feel as parents we need to launch a campaign to make this happen.

Feeling a bit sleep deprived are we @Whiterabbitlambsheep

I think losing a beloved toy is actually one of life’s lessons that not everything lasts forever, even a loved one. As is a pet dying. They have to learn to adapt and move on. It builds character. Not what you want to hear right now but they’re forced to deal with difficult feelings and a situation no one can control.

Can you get the bigger one and tell her it grew up?
