Red spots on baby back?

Hi my 7 month old has these spots randomly appearing mostly on her back. She has one under her nipple which appeared 2 months ago and now she has these. It is like they are slowly appearing. Some disappear when stretched out but some don’t. GP is not concerned?
but what the hell are they?
no other symptoms

My little one has had a lot of heat rashes over the summer which look similar to this, could it be that? They've lasted months, get better then come up again. I don't think it's anything to worry about too much x

Ah okay. I’m not sure though these red marks and the one under her nipple have been there for maybe 2 months now! X
