TEETHING? Are they about to pop?

little one has been a PAIN in the bum past couple of days… noticed his gums are like this, are they about to erupt? Or do we still have a while to go?

He’s been dribbling like madddd for over a month, puts everything in site into his mouth, had red cheeks for two days. been waking in ‘pain’! Not sure what else it could be!

They could come tomorrow or in another couple of days. The cold teethers in the fridge are great and we also got ones you can put frozen breast milk in and they are a life saver if you are breastfeeding I do recommend.

If he’s in a lot of pain you can give him some calpol. DS also had 2 come in together and on the last day before they came through we ended up giving like 2 doses.

When I spotted this on my daughters gums both her 2 bottom middle teeth erupted together days later. They are slow to keep coming up once they erupted but they are growing slowly. I also starting noticing a little bit of blood in her dribble. Not a lot, just a bit of brown blood mixed in her drool on her chin, on a toy she she chewed or a little patch on her bed sheet

Editing to ask, can you feel anything on the top of her gums? The top of her gum was also hard like they were right underneath. If you are breastfeeding I found they come in quite sharp so beware 🫣
