11 month sleep

Hi, Baby is 11 months wil be 12 months in September. She has consistently been refusing a second nap for an around a month now , so she just gets the one. Her routine looks like
Wake- 8/8:30
Nap- 12- 2/2:30
Bed- 7:30/8 (mostly 8 )

But the past week she has been waking during the night at 4am and staying awake to around 5am then falling back asleep to 8am, sometimes it can last longer to around 5:30/6am. Even getting a bottle at this time doesn’t help her go back down. Me and my partner are both exhausted and unsure if it’s a sleep regression or something else😵‍💫

Any advice would be great! Thanks:)

Split night. I'd cap the nap at 1.5 hours. Had to do the same for my DD at that age!

Ok thanks, I did try that but she was still refusing another nap then later . It’s so hard! Did you do 2 naps or 1? What was your routine like?

That's quite a lot of sleep overall, you need to cut some of it, and it will likely get rid of the 4am wake up.

My 12 month old is still on 2 naps but he sleeps 8pm - 6.30 am, nap 9.30-11, nap 3-3.30.
