CMS Overnight Stays

My ex is trying to reduce the amount he pays in CMS. Currently he sees the kids for a few hours a week, no overnights.

He recently told me he wanted to sleepover with kids at my home 2 nights a week. I'm really unhappy with this as I really hate being around him, but can't legally say no as he is still on the title deeds.

He refuses to have the kids stay at his overnight, but has reported a change saying he has them overnight two nights a week. Surely this change only counts if the kids stay at his?

I’m sure it doesn’t count if it’s at your home - I’d evidence that to the CMS

Until you sort the house can he still argue that they are at his as legally the house is? Not saying it’s right/fair. I’d be getting the financials sorted.

Is the house being sorted?

We are in the process of sorting the house but he's dragging his feet, of course. In terms of council tax, employer etc he has another full time home.
I thought that CMS was to cover living costs - it's my gas/electricity etc he is using by staying here with them, right?
