9week old bottle feed timings

I’m a second time mum but I can’t really remember anything from baby ones newborn phase 🤣

he’s gaining weight really well and been doing the following 5oz bottle routine
7am, 10am, 1pm, 4pm, 7.30pm, 10.45pm (we wake for this feed) then sleeping for 11.30/12 and sleeping till around 6/7am.

my issue is that after his 10.45 feed he screams incessantly until he passes out.

tonight so far he’s been fed 8am, 11.30am, 2.30pm and 5.30pm. He’s asleep now and didn’t wake for his 7ish feed so I’ve left him too it in the hope that I can feed him around 9.30 and then either he will sleep through or he will wake around 3ish, which is fine with me.
does this sound like enough? I wonder if waking him for the late night feeding was upsetting him and he wanted to be asleep?

Did he wake on his own? I tended to go with not waking a sleeping baby, which is easier when you're happy to just feed whenever they're hungry. Fingers crossed he woke for the 10.45pm feed on his own and will sleep through on it!

I would not wake him up after feeding at this age lovely. Maybe set out a routine so last bottle is 7 or. 8 or 9pm whatever works for you guys, then let him sleep until he wakes up. As long as he is getting enough intake during the day I would let him sleep through after the 5th/6th bottle of the day xx

He woke around 10, and resettled around 11ish (no screaming though!) and he slept through till 7ish with some re-dummying during the night!

That's so good! Hopefully the same tonight for you 😊
